Purpose Of Remote Access:
To have a computer problem fixed without you having to unplug it and physically take it to a shop.
How It Works:

How It Works:
- We start by connecting via telephone.**
- You click CONNECT. (if asked for your permission, click YES or OK or ALLOW, etc.)
- A password will show on your screen -- you tell me the password... I type it in.
- You will then be asked to click YES or ALLOW to allow me to connect to your computer.
- YOUR screen will then show up on MY screen and I can work on your computer as you watch.
- For security, the password is temporary and no longer valid once we disconnect.
If we need to connect again, a new password will be generated and required.
